Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed to be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer Free Express Shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Free Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping Costs: We believe in providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers, which is why we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. Enjoy the convenience of shopping without worrying about additional shipping costs.
International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@hanadulsmile.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns: If you are not satisfied with your reed diffuser, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@hanadulsmile.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return is received.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
